Make your own soup or stew in the crockpot. Could even have leftovers! Beef and potato stew is good.

Black bean burritos, pastas, soups, I usually buy ramen packets for the noodles and make stir fry since it's cheap. Pizzas, my family made shells and peas as a cheap dish it's just three ingredients. Quesadillas, even enchiladas depending on the kinds of supplies you get can be cheaply made.
