@ashleybradford92 I try not to drink as much as caffeine as possible I drank a bit juice I'm laying down may I message you?

@kimpower congratulations, your first pregnancy is always the scariest but I assure you as long as you don't have a caffeine intolerance (and you keep your intake minimal) you'll be fine. There shouldn't be any problems with the other two though if you would like to play it safe.

Caffeine, sweets or drinking something ice cold, usually works for me. Maybe a combination of the three if needed.
