Oh my goodness, I didn't have any symptoms except tender boobs for the longest, but for the last 2 weeks, I can barely be upright without feeling nauseous. Plus it seems like meat is a trigger to more stomach stuff... is it possible to become a vegetarian during pregnancy?

Yes it is possible! I have been a vegetarian for years. When I told my doctor after I found out, they didn't even bat an eye. Just make sure you're eating lots of nuts, legumes, and beans! You can also get protein through pastorized eggs, whole grains, and green veggies. :)

I couldn't stand meat either, weeks 7-10 the smell of cooking meat would literally make my stomach turn. I'm sure eating primarily vegetarian for a while would be fine as long as you're getting protein from other sources, then maybe you can try meat again a little further along!

I couldn't stand red meat, chicken only sometimes, but I ate lots of shrimp and fish. Both red meat and chicken are still unappetizing.

That feeling will probably go away later in your preg. With Mason, I couldn't eat meat at all. So I settled for soup but it got better
