I'm a first time mother. And my milk supply is coming in too too fast. I'm in pain and pumping us too difficult. They like grew so huge over night and look hard like implants . What should I do ??? I'm in pain.

I know pumping is difficult, but it's the only thing that will give you relief fast! You should try it for a bit!
