How much do you ladies pay your baby sitters? We're hiring a baby sitter for the first time tomorrow and I don't know…

I would say $25 an hour for someone less experienced and $35 an hour for someone more experienced that's what Care.com suggests people to charge for babysitting jobs.

How long is she watching them?

I babysit a 7 year old and a 2 year old and my sitter pays me $50 for 8 hours.

Looks like she is in ohio maybe. For 8 hours that is 200+ plus a day. Thats a lot for one child in my view @ilovemychildren

@beebaby childcare is expensive here. Idk how it is there but depending on where in Ohio she is it could be just as expensive

@ilovemychildren im in ohio also and it isnt that expensive. 4,000 a kid per month is excellent. Im moving asap
