My 16 month old use to sleep the whole night but for the past 5 months or so he wakes up about 5 times a night crying for a bottle of milk. He isn't in discomfort or anything. He just wants milk. Once I make him a bottle he drinks and sleeps. I don't get any good sleep anymore. Any tips mamas ? My friends tell me to
Let him cry and he has to get used to
Sleeping the full night. If it happened once or twice I've be fine. But this is about the 5th time tonight that I'm up making him a bottle 😔 is this normal?!
@juliannap, yes I agree it definitely sounds like habit. Good luck!
@ecahanes, yes, he's older now. For example today after I made his bottle (I left the room went to the kitchen) he woke up crying and when I got back he had already fallen asleep. I think he just does it out of habit since he knows he will get a bottle. I do think I should start letting him cry it out a little and he should get used to sleeping the full night again. @emiliasmommy15,
@ecahanes, no he doesn't use a pacifier. Never has
He is probobly using the bottle to soothe back to sleep or out of habbig abd since he is 16months, id try and let him cry it out. It will be HARD that i will tell you because i went thru it with my daughter except she wanted to be rocked to sleep.
Actually you said it's been going on for months...sounds like he's doing it out of habit. Might be time to crack down
He could be going through a regression...does he take a pacifier ?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

A Statement from Mom.Life:

Last night, a new user began messaging our moms asking for private pictures of toddlers and young children. This is obviously unacceptable behavior, and the account was banned immediately. Although thankfully extremely rare on Mom.Life, several users were understandably upset by this, so we wanted to clarify a few things:
First off, Mom.Life has an absolute zero tolerance policy for child abuse and those who would prey on children. We strive to ...

So back story my SO friends got very offended when he mentioned not believing in god or religion and it got me thinking. Is religion a failing form of goverment cont...
