Im having a moment 😔 so I started my weight loss journey today.. I exercised and walked about a mile.. I'm about 2 glasses away from drinking my gallon of water .. but after my workout I ate pasta, 3 hours later a grilled cheese, then 2 hours later a push pop, and just ate a mini Butterfinger.. i know I can keep to the workout but IM A FOOD GIRL . 😔😔😔😔
And mostly sportsman or fitness guru eating bad food or alcohol too, but they have certain day in week only one it's call heat day , what's is mean you can ate something from 8 till 12 bad food anything fat you want , from 12 you drinking it out and just trying to eat healthy snacks as fruits or veggies raw , why fruits or veggies to balance your calories that's you not over gain weight
Simple it's how I live I woke up in morning Monday and already thinking how Friday is my day and I will eat this freaking chocolate and I will enjoy coke and in 12 I'm eating salad 😶😣😣😣
That's just life of pain 😥 but it's only way for food person
No worries , one rule from bodybuilding world , if you ate something bad drinking it out by water , so you ate burger -3 glass of water at
One of my main goals after baby is to change my eating habits completely. I will have to take baby steps tho because I am totally a foodie.
You can't expect yourself to instantly change your lifestyle it will take time, you are actually making changes and making an effort to better yourself. That's what's important keep trying it will happen little by little don't worry, momma you're doing good!
@beebaby @derricksmama I'm trying so hard, but I'm definitely a food person. Maybe if I keep up the work, I can get by with my appetite 😉
@momboo @sixplus1 @avahcruz @beebaby Thank you ladies !! I went on a 1.25 mile walk today, and even ran a little bit.. and drunk way more water than I usually do. I can feel the burn though ! 😂
