@fr3dfr3dburg3rfu, just drink it with some chicken breast and a veggie, it shouldn't spike your sugar. The diet is all about balance, and you'll quickly learn what your body can and can't tolerate. I couldn't do bread or fruit before noon. But would be just fine with some carbs and protein the rest of the day
@fr3dfr3dburg3rfu, no it really isn't. A lots of protein and veggies, not a lot of carbs, but it's all about balance. This time around I'm hoping to avoid it, but I'll be starting on the diet anyway to get my body used to it again. I followed my doctors orders and had a perfectly healthy 6 lb 6 oz baby girl!
@savvysmama awe thank you ^-^ I just want to make sure it's not like too bad. I do have a good diet and I don't exercise as much as I should but I'm going to start ^-^ thanks a lot now I won't worry ^o^
I had it with my daughter. It honestly isn't too bad! Most of the time it's controlled with diet and exercise! And it's all a hormonal imbalance due to your placenta blocking your production of insulin, so there is really no way to prevent it
