I went in for my genetic testing yesterday and everything came back perfect...for the baby. They found out why I've been bleeding so much during my pregnancy. It was something about the membrane in my uterus? There was a huge gap between the sac and wall. She said the lining should be flat down but there was a huge gap where there was bleeding. She said my baby doesn't seem affected by it now but that can change in the future, leading to either miscarriage, premature labor or complications during birth. I've even heard of people getting fetal surgery for it? I heard somewhere that its pretty normal between 14-17 weeks and I'm just turning 14 on Sunday. I was just told to take it a lot easier. Which is a little impossible considering I do nothing but lay in bed all day lol. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it something to not worry about? I know the baby is fine now but I'm a little worried about the future
Stay strong and stay positive!!!! I'm going in for genetic testing Monday.. still unclear as to why!!! Not having answers is the worst.. and impossible to not worry about.
