Ladies is it too early to pump? I'm producing more then what Lincoln can handle and I don't necessarily want that to drop my supply but I definitely have a over supply

Yes. Might not be an oversupply youre just not regulated yet and hes only drinking 1oz at a time. You can hand express the extra or you can pump for a few mins if you really want to

You can definitely pump. But only pump enough to relieve the pressure at least that's what my BFC told me. It helped a lot. Even just doing small hand presses and massages worked as well.

Your body is still trying to figure out the exact amount to produce and it will take a while to regulate 😊

Don't pump!! Hand express to relieve the pressure. If you pump you'll create an even greater over supply
