anyone have luck with this tea i hardly get any milk supply I've already tried oatmeal 😫

@mayra_ good ur going to be full in some hours i did that for somedays n then ill stop till i will see. I needed more milk but if ur going to pump do 3 times a day so u can get more milk

@lovemyson215 well haven't been able to breast feed I've only been able to pump i pump every 2or 3 hours

I drank this multiple times a day and it didn't do anything for me n it doesn't taste that great in my opinion

Only thing that really helps is being consistent with breast feeding
