I must add, I hate pumping. It takes away so much time away that I could be spending with my baby girl. I can't wait until I have a good enough freezer stash to cut my 7-8, 20 minute pumps down to like 2, 10 minute pumps a day.

Good job for trying so hard for this amount of time. I'm in a similar boat, my baby girl Rory did not latch (we tried everything) so I'm exclusively pumping. I usually get 25-30oz a day and she eats 20-25oz a day but wasn't gaining wait. The lack of fats in my milk is the issues rather than the ability to supply it. I have her on a half and half diet now and she seems to be gaining weight. At least we are trying and our babies are getting some breast milk!

Blue Gatorade does help! I get the big bottles and drink about 2 of those a day for a week. By Day 2 I'm already seeing progress ❤️ after the week is up I go to 1 a day, then about 2-3 a week to keep it at bay. Also frequent nursing/pumping because if you do remedies to increase your supply, and don't keep up with emptying the breast...it won't work :/

Pumping more ,and mother's milk tea has worked great .

But recently I've dropped in supply due to not pumping as much but with the help of my husband ,it shot back up in 2 hours .

I know TMI(lol) but hey he helps.

I have tried so far:

Lactation cookies (homemade)

Oatmeal

Flaxseed in almost everything I eat haha

Lots of water

Gatorade

Power pumping

Shields

Some of it helps and some does nothing. So far Gatorade has helped on my left side. I was pumping .5oz on that side and now I'm pumping 1 lol so it's helped a little but I'm not sold just yet. He usually takes in 4oz of formula no problem and he's good about stopping when he's full and not overeating so I think 4 is about what he needs but it takes me 2 pump sessions to get that much and hey have to be spaced out about an hour or two

Milk supply issues can be simple solution or a tough one.

It's Ramadan and I have been fasting from sunrise to sunset. I ebf my baby and my milk is fine while fasting and is hyper flow about 5 hours after I eat lol

Obviously during the day I'm thirsty and hungry and when I break my fast I don't eat much.

I have found dates are amazing to keep up supply. If hydration or food really affects milk I wonder maybe sometimes it does but not so much at the moment more like over a duration of time or something because I have been fasting for 18 days ( I missed a few) and my milk is normal.

Really I think the key is avoiding stress and keeping healthy.

Dates have so much nutrients it must be why I still have alot of milk.

I pump about 130ml per breast in 10 mins

I give that to my 2 year old and bf baby so I don't know how much he is drinking

Try dates.

I think Gatorade or any electrolyte drink is a good idea it helped me when pregnant i was always thirsty no water or juice helped only electrolytes .

I have started putting milled flaxseed into my hemp protein shakes and have noticed a bit of an increase.

Oreos ? trying to loose the baby weight not gain more! I have bought Gatorade and been meaning to try it but just keeping hydrated at all is my struggle, I will start today and see if it helps me. My supply isn't low or high, it's just enough for my baby.

Have you tried a nipple shield for your left side? I don't have flat nipples but they aren't enough for her and she took right to the nipple shields. Have you made lactation cookies? Those help me a lot and try a can of Guinness.

I heard oreos boost your supply temporarily.

Pretty much any flavor of Gatorade helps my supply

Blue cool is what I was told. And usually works for my supply. I mean I'm not making a huge amount my supply is low as well. But it's basically the hydration. The more water you drink the more you produce. As well as calorie intake. I get around 80ml-120ml so just around 3 oz with both boobs pumped.

I recently started the mother's milk tea and the milk flow as well to help produce a bit more. Not sure I see a big help but I heard it can take some time.

I struggle with pumping too and I find often pumping, every three hours and power pumping helps. It also helps to pump while they're on the boob, I find I get more. Just double your intake makes a huge difference and fennigreek has helped my supply a bit as well
