Thank you so much for the suggestion! I bought the berry kind(only kind target had) and I can already see an increase. I have struggled with my supply to the point where I have to supplement but I notice my DD is nursing longer and I am even pump more milk. I have tried everything! Thank you thank you thank you!

I used the berry flavor and it worked for me! Just make sure you drink it with juice bc it tastes gross with just water. They also sell these in pill form on Amazon! I bought those bc they're cheaper and they also worked for me!

Good luck! Yes it tastes really good! They have a berry flavor that you can mix with water or juice but I haven't tried that one yet.

I just bought some yesterday and wow it tastes so good as hot chocolate!! Hope it works for me as it has for you! I want to build a bigger stash!

Sometimes when women take fenugreek alone it dips their supply rather than boosts it

I am taking fenugreek. I’m trying to stock some milk for next week but I’m not getting much more than 1 oz every time ? how much are you getting?

?? - I used Mothers Milk tea it’s like $4.50 at Walmart and helped me.

You can take up to 3 packets a day, but I only take 1 a day and its enough for me to be able to feed him and pump to store for when I go back to work next week. Once I'm back to work next week I might need more than 1 but I'm hoping I don't.

How many times a day/week are you taking it? My supply has gotten really low since I've gone back to work.
