Back on the saddle, trying to lose 15 pounds. I replace one meal(breakfast) with home veggie juice and walk around the block twice at work to get my steps in for FitBit. I use loseit app to keep track of weight and food. I also downloaded this app to make me stand often at work. Haha
I enjoy dinner too much to do that. Haha I usually do morning so I can enjoy freshly juiced.
I recommend swapping your last meal for juice instead. You'll see a difference with extra fiber added in your diet. A good way is to add chia seeds to your water. 1Tb has about 5g of fiber! And aim for 1g of protein a day per lb of your weight. Good luck!
