How did you mommies get back in shape? I am struggling to find a motivation to lose weight. I wanna try meal prepping and counting calories. I would love to go to the gym but we are on a budget besides no one is available to look after the little one. I hate feeling like this!!!

Download some workout apps that's you can do from home , that's what I do at the moment. I actually love working out at home 😃 and I get meal prep ideas off Pinterest

Can't afford the gyms that offer child care at the moment. ☹️ but thanks will just gonna have to YouTube some work outs

most gyms have childcare. I would check it out before signing up. just watch what you eat.

I meal prep, don't count calories. I go to the gym 3 days a weeks. You can find a gym that has a sitter or use baby to workout at home
