For my GYM mom's. Is it just me or did your first year back at working out feel like you was constantly drained and your muscles were so weak?

Gotta eat! Protein shake before or after. Try supplementing creatine. I take 3g on gym days. It helps to draw water into the muscle for more strength and endurance. It helps recovery too.

Yes! It gets better. Make sure youre eating enough, well hydrated and try a good preworkout. What kind of exercise do you do
