Gotta eat! Protein shake before or after. Try supplementing creatine. I take 3g on gym days. It helps to draw water into the muscle for more strength and endurance. It helps recovery too.

@kambam I dont have an appetite and I just feel like my body is never rest enough to have energy

Yes! It gets better. Make sure youre eating enough, well hydrated and try a good preworkout. What kind of exercise do you do
