Once everyone is sleep lock yurslf in the bathroom...soak ina hot/warm bath 🛀 and get yu some wine 🍷 and relaxing music 🎶 and headphones and go into peace and tranquility mode !!! Sit in there til yur skin is old woman wrinkled and the water is freezing cold...IVE DONE IT AND IT HELPS !!!
