I bought mine several weeks ago. It actually makes my pain worse. I'm hoping I didn't waste money completely and I can use it when it gets closer to my due date. Trying to keep working until then.

The one during is just a support belt but usually you won't need on if this is your first pregnancy since your muscles aren't previously stretched out.
