I'm so tired at the end of the day I have no energy to even have time to myself. What would you ladies do? How do you balance the time so you aren't burnt out?

I try to stay up later than my daughter to get things done around the house so during the day when she naps is my alone time

I can't even stay up after she goes to bed. My day is moving around constantly doing something from 7am til 9/10 pm. Sometimes I'm so sleepy I rub my eyes 😱😱 it sucks because I would like to work on my side business but I have no energy
