I wana start working out but I'm scared bc just from cleaning out my car & my bf and I will kinda run around the house messing with eachother, my stomach gets crampy and bloated after. Idk why, anyone have this after a c section? It's been 10 weeks.
It kinda depends on what kind of exercise you're doing. I started working out fairly hard (I'm a rock climber) around 12wks PP, but had to stop again because I just wasn't ready.
I switched to doing gentle yoga and baby gym classes (it was a class where you do different activities while holding/playing with your baby, super fun!) and those I did fine with.
I went back to climbing about 3mo after that, so 6mo PP and that time my body handled the intensity fine.

I'm 6 months pp & when I work out I still get those cramps & then my c section area starts to hurt. I'm not sure when it will stop lol
