Anyone have any recommendations for face washes/kits for acne that are safe during pregnancy? Last time I had moderate acne but this time...it's horrible! I have giant zits and lots of redness and I am breaking out everywhere not just the usual spots.

Baking soda and cetaphil face wash. I dont leave it on, just wash my face with it. I started that around 20 weeks. I wish I should've taken a before picture. Blemish scars nearly completely gone but since I'm always stressed, I have a few pimples here and there but not so bad as it was.

I love the YES To products!  They are reasonably priced, use safe ingredients, and work well.  Walgreens has a nice selection.

Try something natural and avoid the ones with acids
