My 17 month old has bad allergies. He take Zyrtec daily and acid reflux medicine. He is also on the antibiotic Cefzil and will be finished on Thursday. Today he woke up with this nagging dry cough and of course at night time it has gotten worse. I tried giving him a teaspoon of honey but what else can I do to soothe the cough?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
did yall get the Whooping cough vaccine? ? yall, I don't know if I should get it..my baby has gastroschisis and he already has a high chance of dying..
Not only has he not responded, now I have to sit here worrying if something happened 😣😒
my son has a bad cough... he is 9 1/2 months old. is there something I can give him or let it run it's course.

@beebaby, thank you! This cough came out of nowhere and it's already getting to me plus I know he really won't get any good sleep with it. I will try the honey with the lemon tea.

@nursemama84, yes! Prescribed by his allergy specialist who has never stirred us wrong. My son has really bad allergies and reflux that his specialist has been treating since 6 months.

@beebaby, right now they only have him doing 2.5 mL once a day, it might need to be increased. I will be giving them a call. He doctor said he hasn't seen a case of allergies this bad in a baby so young and they don't recommend the allergy shots before 2 or 4,so he trying to hold off on that but he may have asthma down the line

@beebaby, I know you're glad! I'm hoping he grows out of it the older he gets because it's a pain in the ass! We live in Southwest Ga so we have like the worse pollen and allergy season ever!
