I had my 6 weeks pp appointment and forgot to ask the doctor some questions like if it's okay to exercise and (not to throw it out there but) have sex again. She said everything healed properly and that I don't have to come back till it's time for a Pap so I should be good to go, right?

Lots of women have sex before the 6 weeks and risk infection .I would wait till I had a pap but that's just me lol

I had a pap at 19... at my 6 week appointment actually. Idk maybe it's just certain states. But if you had your 6 week you should be fine they told me to wait a month. As long as everything healed properly you should be good to go.

I should add they told me to wait a month when I had my son too. So I could have before my 6 week.
