20w3d. Next Monday we have a follow up anatomy scan for our lil man which is par for the course. Something I would like to know though, is it normal to be so completely drained at this point in the pregnancy still? Granted, we also have a 9 month old rainbow but I am already so uncomfortable and breathless as well as have nausea still, that there are days I cry from the sheer exhaustion. I am so thankful that this pregnancy seems to be going well as in my opinion after a loss you're not the same, but I am so miserable physically. I hate that I feel this way, like it's unfair to my baby.
