Anyone know any good organic protein shakes for breast feeding moms? I've lost so much weight from breast feeding it's scary...suggestiona for foods high in protein are welcome as well!

I'm not planning to breast feed but would you ladies recommend breast feeding for the first time or straight onto bottles? Everyone keeps telling me different and I need advice! 😓
