How many mamys breast feed & formula feed ?

I formula feed, I tried greasy feeding it worked for about a week then my daughter didn't like the milk. It sucks but she's healthy and strong.

I'm going on one month ebf it hurts like hell but I'm determined to do it for a year Breast is best but there are decent formula alternatives so don't feel too bad if u can't or don't want to.

I tried my hardest to breastfeed but he would never latch right so I pump but then it dried up and I cried the first time I gave him formula.. He's healthy and happy with the formula and that's all I care about

I formula feed, I was missing some of my ducts that let milk down and my daughter just wasn't getting enough. After a month of seeing her always hungry, I gave up. I would rather see her eat and get what she needs than to exclusively breastfeed cause of the "breast is best" hype

I've breastfed for 10 months so far

I breastfed my daughter for 2 months then I got mastitis and dried up. I plan to ebf my son this July when he is born. to be successful you have to breastfeed on demand for your supply to get up to speed. it's tiring but so worth it

@stunninqx33, i do when I'm at home I breastfeed and in public use formula or if someone babysits I use formula.. she takes well to it since her belly has finally adjusted to the two.

My sister does. She didn't have enough supply of breast milk. So she has to mix the two.

I use a nipple shield sometimes but he's started to get better with out it.

I started with the nipple shield & now it doesn't hurt me when I just give it to him @temeshawalker

I've breastfed, used donor milk, and organic formula as a last resort. My daughter was ebf until 4m then on donor milk and organic formula until 18m. My 2nd was ebf for 6m then on donor milk while I was pregnant then I tandem nursed the boys until 2years and 1year. I also pumped so they all got milk daily for the 6m after my 3rds first bday. and then I donated milk as well.

i breastfed my 2 boys for 1yr 1/2 & plan to do the same with my babygirl. Best decision of my life! I can not stress enough how good it is for baby! My sons are soo healthy !
