My baby is getting circumcised today, it's his dads preference and I said since I don't have a penis it's ultimately his decision not mine but I feel SO bad for him!!! I worry if we don't do it it'll be hard for him later, getting teased maybe or just being different from the other guys in our family even but I really am dreading it. I know this is a controversial topic so if you want to pm me that's ok, but can anyone give me their 2 cents on this ? Did you do it to your son? What were the reasons why/why not??

I chose not to do this to my son they are born with it for a reason, it helps
Protect it... if u show them how to clean it they will not have any issues, u can also say this for girls to with infections if u clean and wash properly u won't get Uti or bladder infections ... why would boys tease him ? they shouldn't be showing each other there penis anyways .. just like anything there are risk, I don't regret not getting it done . Everyone has there own beliefs and opinions so the choice is yours ... your baby will be fine ..
I did it because my grandpa said he wished his mom had because sweat would just gather in his and no matter how much he washed it he never felt clean and for him to complain about something it takes a lot he was a champ when it came to his chemo and he never complained while he was dying so to me that was something I had to listen to when my grandma told me that story

Locking your doors
We are having a discussion on one of my birth boards from my older kids about locking doors and security alarms. There are many of us (me included) who do not lock our doors at home (I actually don't even have a deadbolt on my house and we don't lock it when we leave either), and others who think that's totally weird. So what do you do? Do you lock your doors? Do you think it's weird that people don't?
