Ladies,
I work 40 plus hours a week.
I commute 1.5 hours to and from work (3 hours total, sometimes less)
I have a 9 month old son and a 37 year old adopted son (the boyfriend)
WHERE DO YOU FIND TIME TO DROP WEIGHT!
I used to have abs, and a nice butt....
Now I've got a keg and junk in the trunk!!
I have 4 kiddos and an adopted man child (hubby) lol and I work and go to school... I do 30 min at home workouts and I meal prep so I can avoid going for unhealthy snacks... i plan my week out in advance for meals and workouts. Hopefully that info helps u 🙂
