How do I get rid of this "mommy pooch?!"
@risakellogg, oh man! Hot yoga is my absolute favorite. I lost 20lbs with just the classes. I've never liked exercise until I found this. It's regular yoga but set in a room that's 95° to 105°. It's wonderful. You sweat like crazy and the lbs drop away. I'd search "hot yoga" in your location. Many places offer a week free.
What's hot yoga? I don't know anything about yoga so you'll have to excuse me lol @jennatess,
@risakellogg, sorry! It was toddler bat time and I answered super quick. Check out Pinterest for ideas, and I personally love hot yoga.
Specifically core workouts will help lift and tone your abdominal area. Unfortunately there's no "spot reduction" for any part of your body, but as you exercise, everything will come together as a whole. You can build muscles in the areas you're concerned about, though, and that makes the appearance nicer.
Exercise is only about 20% of a good fitness routine, though. Diet is the other 80%. So whatever exercises you do, make sure your eating healthy foods regularly as well! 😊 Be patient though, you didn't make your babies in a day, so naturally it's going to take a little time to see results. I find it most encouraging to take progress pictures so you can look back on how far you've come. Hope this helps!
After 4 kids which all 4 were csection the best thing that helped me has been a combo of nutrition and my workout programs... I do a lot of core strengthening exercises and HITT training which has been a huge help for me... hope that helps if you want more details just PM me 🙃
