How to get more milk supply fast?! Ugh I'm not producing as much I feed as often as I can latch is on great.. just seems like not enough.!! Help!
@beebaby, some tell me to pump after feedings I didn't know I didn't have to pump. But thank you. He eats an ounce to ounce an half when I do pump and is full from that.
@twinmommabellahali, thank you. I'm not giving up. Just this child can eat. Lol idk but thanks again!
You don't need to pump, and even when you do it doesnt show your true supply. The baby can get far more than you can pump out. The baby is week old. They only can drink about 3 tablespoons of milk. There stomach is small
It takes time, my babies went to the nicu so I was pumping every 3 hours to make sure my supply doesn't go away. Nurse baby and then pump to completely empty your breast. They'll tell your body to make more. Don't give up!
@twinmommabellahali, @beebaby, ok thank you I try to pump too but pumping I'm
Only getting an ounce total 😔 I'm so new to this my son is a week old and I didn't breastfeed my other two
Keep nursing. The baby is getting enough. As long as you latch on demand you will increase supply
Keep nursing, DONT stress on it, and with time your supply will increase ❤️

I will be 41 :/
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say...
Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
drink at least half of your weight in ounces (water) the main ingredient in breastmilk is water!! the more baby is at breast the more milk you will produce... when you're at home, nurse with him down to a diaper and your top off.. baby and you need skin to skin contact at first to help stimulate the milk!!
