Mistakes happen as long as she was in a clean diaper fed and not harmed I wouldn't stress over it.
This is really no big deal. And the babysitter didn't do anything wrong but thats just my opinion..it's a onesie....I've done this before a lot of moms do. Nobodys perfect....I would just laugh and be like LOL she mistakenly buttoned this wrong. And move on.
I've accidentally done this to all my kids , especially when they're all squirmy and crying , I wouldn't be upset over this
Honestly I wouldn't be upset. Sometimes a baby gets upset during a diaper change, a crying squirming baby could easily cause you to rush to soothe them. I worked a daycare and some parents only snap the middle snap to make diaper changes quicker
If you're kid was taken cared of than she did her job. There are grown adults who can't button their own shirts properly lol ijs
