@babykamya2016, It's a thin plastic ring (looks sort of like a bracelet) that you put inside your vagina for three weeks and then take out for one week. Neither you nor your partner feel it during sex. (I was really worried about that.) I love it because there's only two things to remember, when to put it in and when to take it out. I can't ever remember to take a pill everyday.
