@cubanese, I know, I guess I'm just confused on how much that means literally. It's hard to find out how much caffeine is in things when you're not making it

You can have 300 mg of caffeine a day. That amounts to two reg 8oz cups of coffee

I get this at Starbucks they are really good

@blgetchell I love those I drink them once in a while but before I was pregnant I would drink them everyday

You can ask for almost anything and just make it decaf.

You can get any drink you want at Starbucks just get a decaf version
