How did you mommies get back into shape after your baby was born... Mine is 3 months old and I put on a pair of jeans and T-shirt today and you can clearly see my love handles and stomach no matter what size or kind I wear... I even wear my jeans to my belly button but they don't stay there for everyone I gotta keep pulling them up cause of my stomach.
I eat pretty much a normal diet, I just cut out fast food, processed food, soda, juice, and only have a sugar snack once a day at most.
I like lean meats like fish and chicken and turkey, whole grain breads and pasta, eggs, any fruits or veggies, beans, rice, and quinoa.
I always track my calories, too. My base metabolic rate (BMR) is 1500, so I always make sure I eat at least that much every day. More when I exercise.
Hope this helps 😊
@rhealize I was going to start walking... I walk a lot at my parents in PA but not so much here in Ohio at my boyfriends... Might go for one tomorrow... What did you eat?
I started doing Pilates and walking 5-6 times a week and I'm in better shape now than I was before I had kids. Change of diet really helped, too. It's not too hard once you figure out what you're doing 😊
I figured changing my diet and water would help... I guess I gotta start that and I'll look up videos on facebook... I just feel like a fat cow which is why I live in sweats and my parents clothes cause they're so big. @fitlife I would like some recommendations
Some on fb lost her weight after baby by buying a ball from walmart the big ones and doing exercises w it at home also lots of water and watch what you eat. Another is someone tried the apple cider thing and did home workouts or walked atleast 2 miles and they went from 12 to size3 in 4m i believe
@yecibug77, yes there's so many videos on YouTube and some many different apps that you can try that will give you a full body workout. If you need some good recommendations I can help you
Yeahs there is lots of workout videos on YouTube. But definitely a good diet and drinking water will help you lose the pregnancy weight. Also it's pretty normal to still have love handle 3 months after having a baby. Everybody is different. also if you're breastfeeding it takes longer to be able to lose all the weight
No problem! Feel free to message me if you have any more questions 😊
