Does anyone else get paranoid while pooping?
I know it's irrational but when I'm constipated and pushing I always imagine my uterus squeezing my precious little embryo out....like when I got my period and pushing made blood come out too.

Omg I had the most irrational fear that if I pushed too hard his arm or something would pop out lmao. I knew it wasn't possible but I couldn't shake the fear.
