Where's it located at? If it's an all over pain probably not but if it's radiating from the right side then that's what it could be.

I didn't have appendicitis, but I had diverticulitis and I had all of those symptoms. I let the pain get so bad that I could barely walk. I finally went to the er. Well, since it was on my right side they thought it was my appendix and did emergency surgery. Woke up to 18staples no more appendix and missing 8 inches of my colon. If I didn't go to the er that night, I wouldn't have woke up the next day. Go to the Dr! Better safe than sorry.

I had some pain like that but mine was from my right ovary twisting 3 times... So they did surgery and removed it...but they swore up and down I had kidney stones until they did a MRI and an ultrasound... Just get ahold of your doctor... @twinmommy1717 . hope everything is fine and your ok! 😊❤

It also could be gallbladder attacks. The pains are very similar, I've had my gallbladder removed as well as a ruptured appendix. Gallbladder comes an goes depending on what you eat (red sauce like marinara or pizza/spaghetti sauce) is a big trigger. If it's your appendix you won't feel relief until it ruptures with is dangerous because then you can get blood infections, which is what happened to me. I had 4 blood transfusions as well that day, they said I was lucky to be alive.

And gallbladder stones tend to make you throw up.
