I feel so unprepared right now but thats also because of the fact that i have nightmares so much worse now that im pregnant and it makes me wake up like im almost having a panic attack and i feel frightened a lot more idk if i get frightened because im still young or if its because of my ADHD but i would come out in tears sometimes then i feel ashamed but relieved that i got out of the dream. I feel horrible because i dont want to be pregnant. I mean i was excited and everything when i found out. Mlre so shocked. But as time is going on, i just dont want to be pregnant.
