diaper cream didn't help my daughter much when her rashes got bad so I would let her be without a diaper as long as possible for a few days at a time and when the rash eases up I would cake the cream on and a few days after it would vanish.

For my nieces and nephews I always used baby power. My nephew when from painfully red to a clear tushy in a day and a half with power every change.

I would use diaper cream and then powder on top of it as extra precaution with my ginger skin baby 😂

@npase, seventh generation coconut oil diaper cream, and/or Butt Paste. Both are amazing and work within a couple diaper changes.
