Has anyone had laser treatment or surgical treatment to remove stretch marks?? I'm considering doing one of them and would love to hear from someone with experience with either procedure! My stretch marks on my stomach are soooo intense and I just want to feel good in a bikini this summer :)
@amberjacq, yeah I've read up on it a ton I just wanted to hear from anyone with person experience :) I'm leaning more towards laser treatment. Recovery time is usually just a few days and it's proven to be extremely effective on newer scars which mine are. I have an appointment to talk to a specialist soon ☺
Stretch marks are different then a nose job and boob job tho because you're not changing the way you look completely, and stretch marks are like scars, and people get scars removed all the time you can get plastic surgery to remove your stretch marks maybe because that's how people get scars removed
There is nothing wrong with getting them removed it's your body your decision but This has nothing to do with your question but coco butter coconut oil none of that stuff worked on me but bath and beyond body cream any of it has actually helped mine a lot
Thank you! @amberjacq, people get boob jobs and nose jobs all the time but god forbid I want to remove my stretch marks
I'm 20 also and there isn't anything wrong with getting stretch marks removed its the same as removing a scar and I use cocoa butter lotion also and it doesn't work but I'm about to make my own home made natural lotions and Im going to get raw cocoa butter so maybe try raw cocoa butter and see if that works because the raw kind isn't mixed with other stuff
I would spend the money on laser treatments if I could. Your stretch marks will fade over time. Till then try bio oil.
I've been using coco butter since I was pregnant and it doesn't do anything. There's nothing wrong with me wanting to get laser treatment to reduce the appearance of my stretch marks. I'm 20 years old and I'd like my stomach to look like it.
I'd still like to make them less noticeable. Nothing wrong with that @shellymakuk93,
@ashleywhite Thats great I hope it all goes well and yeah I just looked at laser and it looks like it works very well and it doesn't look like it would take a long time but I guess it just depends on how big the scars and stretch marks are and mine are big and dark
