You can give your baby whatever name you want but me personally i wouldn't put him as the child's father on the birth certificate only cause it's for the biological parents even tho he would be raising the child that's my opinion tho @melly_17 the only way I could see it being right is of the biological father signs over his rights then he could adopt the child and be on his birth certificate

If you marry him, an your last name changes which it most likely would. (?) You can legally give the baby your last name, no questions asked.
