Theres this girl on my Snap who constantly talks about how shes failing HS because she skips…

Yeah!! I had two kids before graduation and graduated high school at 18 with my class! I didn't have the support though so I had to do independent study and take them with me.

Also agree im 18 and pregnant with my little baby girl and I graduated at 17 a year before i was supposed to. Always knew i wanted kids early but i knew i had to take care of me first in order to be able to take care of a kid. Cant live off of other people forever. Lol

I don't think having a child in high school is an excuse not to finish. One of my sisters had a little girl at 15. She ran away at 13 and stopped going to school. When we found her she was 8 months pregnant she tested out of the two grades she missed and went to high school with her daughter. She had my help and my grandparents and she graduated. My other sister had two kids back to back. She was in foster care, with no help and she did independent studies and graduated. She now has 5 kids back to back she is a full time college student during the day and works 12 hour shifts at night. I was homeless in high school, got married my senior year, graduated with straight A's, moved across the United States by myself to be with my husband, got pregnant and I'm a full time college student online with no family and no help other than my husband's. Having kids young is no excuse not get an education, it just makes it harder.

@andrewsmommy She's skipping school, what does she expect, especially if she's just playing hooky.

@padgettnicole97 but at least you still went to a school. She literally snaps in the morning her at the park or in bed saying "fuck it one more day😂" and then later she'll show her report card with all fs.

@babynessa shes not trying. She doesn't care. She had her baby in middle school. I believe 6th grade. Like 1st what are you doing having sex at that age.. She has alot of support. Her moms. Her family. The babys dad isn't around from what I know and her daughter was preemie but her daughter is like 5 now and is perfectly fine. She made it out of middle school now I think shes a sophmore or junior.

@jcbaby yeah I had my son at 18 also. I graduated on time but I was 17 I just have a late birthday lol

Its just sad to see how she doesn't care and shes so young her self..

Especially if you have the chance to some don't have that chance
