Day three of the apple cider vinegar drink. I already feel lighter to be honest. Long way to go but it will be worth it. Determined to get back to my high school weight at 115 instead of 140+ that I am right now.
I drink it before every meal with grapefruit juice and honey. It makes me fuller so I don't eat as much as everyone else. The apple cider vinegar slowly eats away the fat in your body. It's also making me turn down basically everything sweet besides sweet tea.
From what I heard it makes you full so you eat less and so for from what I've seen for myself it's true. It also eats the fat away slowly but surely..
I gotta start working out to while I'm drinking it. I haven't had much of an appetite for food lately especially sweets. I ate a little Debbie's cake yesterday and nearly puked it was to sweet for me and I love them
I started drinking 1 cup of the drink a day now I'm going to up it to two a day. It's a cup of grapefruit or orange juice, 2tsps of apple cider vinegar and 1tsp of honey
