It's Amazing How Much Of A Difference 6 Months Can Make.
After Ada Was Born, I Had Planned To Begin My Fitness/Health Journey. But, Due To A Couple Of Complications, That Did Not Happen.
Nearly 3.5 Months Later, I Was Finally Cleared, For Working Out, And That Is When It Began.
I Began My Journey Near The End Of August.
It Is Now February And I Am Quite Proud Of Myself.
Even My Husband Is Surprised As To How Hard I Am Working.
Beforehand, I Would Tell Him That I Was Going To Lose XX Amount Of Weight And I Would Begin. But, Between 2 Weeks-1 Month, I'd Just Give Up Entirely. Lol.
I Decided After Ada Was Born, I Would Get Serious About This, And I Did.
I Workout 6x A Week And I Have At Least 2 Cheat Meals [NOT Cheat Days] A Week. No, I Am Not Perfect And I Have Bad Days As Well. But, I'm Surprised As To How Far I've Made It. I'm Excited To See Where I Will Be, In 4 Months As Well.
I've Went From 207.2lbs To 174.6lbs. I Am Quite Happy. I've Managed To Reach My Short Term Goal.
30lbs Down And Now I Have Nearly 30 More Pounds, To Go.
