So me and my honey have been just thinking about going to the justice of peace and getting married yes we're both grown but we just keep thinking about how mostly my family will judge and the things that they will say and think I don't know what to do

I agree @essencecrowell do what makes you happy. I was taking to a friend the other day about marriage and we both said that being married did not make us feel more secure about our relationships. We were both glad that we got married when we knew it was right, not when other people wanted us to.

@essencecrowell I can understand it is a tough decision we were thinking of the justice of the peace but then I started thinking how a lot of people miss on the opportunity to have their dream wedding or have they dad walk them down and I really wanted my dad to walk me while he is still here and can so we cut every corner we could and saved in every place we could to do a wedding

Who cares go do what you wanna do if I listened to everything everyone said I wouldn't have my husband right now so just go do y'all and get married and be happy don't worry about everyone else and if everyone else has an issue with it then screw them
(Thread Closed) 12week scan of my identical twins- got my 20week scan in 5weeks but not finding out what sex they are. But just for fun what do you all think? :)
Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?

I was thinking about just making a ham instead of a turkey its my first year cooking thanksgiving dinner and I have to do it alone. Plus I've never made a turkey before.
