I know it's not good to compare but it's really hard not to when I see a bunch of other 5 months old sitting unassisted 😫 and my son isn't lol

I see so many mommies giving their babies rice cereal to sleep even though it's not recommended? Why?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
I thought a few ladies on here could do with this. It's so true!

It's ok my daughter is 5 months and still needs some support, but she's ahead in some other areas. Each kid is different.

This is how I feel when people talk about their 3 month olds rolling. My kid refuses to roll or legit laugh. She kind of growls.

My kids were both lazy ! Lol my son sat ur un assisted at 8 months! And my daughter at 7 months

@jasholbert, my niece NEVER rolled , she's 1 and 3 months now, and let me tell u she is just as normal as the next kid . So don't worry lol. But I know the feeling yes

I feel like she doesn't want to buy of course her doctor is calling her delayed. Sitting up isn't even a six month thing honestly, I read that a good amount of babies can't really sit til 6-8 months. L is still wobbly, she still falls as I'm sure most 5 month olds do. If she has a toy on the floor she leans down to, she doesn't have the core strength to pull back up and that's okay. It's not a 5 month thing. That's why it's not even a six month thing. It takes a while for sitting, a lot of 6 month olds, while I know they've gotten the sitting down, can't pull their own selves to that position.

My oldest did everything fast, my 2nd didn't do really anything until he was almost 1.. it's hard not to compare but every baby is different

@gama.rachel, yeah I guess I'm just more on alert of what he "should" be doing because he was born early and the doctors told me he could experience some "delays" . Which he has not yet :)
