Y'all so far in my pregnancy I haven't had any morning sickness, like whatsoever! I just turned 18 weeks today and I cannot stop throwing up ππ. Has this happen to anyone?

I would guess it's a stomach bug! If it is, it's usually pretty short lived. My husband and I both had it and it only lasted about 24 hours.
