I need some help! Anyone know of good recipes that are dairy free and not acidic( no tomato sauces). I feel like we always eat the same things cuz I can't find anything that my baby can actually have.

I have tons of stuff I make that she can eat... seriously send me a message and you can tell me what stuff you normally make and I can help you modify it! 😉

Or I roast a couple heads of garlic in the oven, and sauté a bunch of veggies (squash, zucchini, onions mushrooms, shreddeded carrot, snap peas, cabbage, what ever I have on hand) in batches with olive oil and spoonfuls of the roasted garlic, seasoned with salt pepper and Spike (my favorite seasoning) last i sauté some chicken or shrimp (in the same pan, it will get a build up of stuff on the bottom) after meat is cooked I deglaze the pan with chicken stock, add some cooked linguini and then toss all the veggies meat and pasta in the sauce... it's AMAZING!!

@adrimay625, I've made a real basic garlic Alfredo for her... like a tab of butter or bit of olive oil to a warm (small) skillet, add enough flour to absorb the majority of the butter/oil... then add a cup or 2 of almond milk... salt, paper and garlic to taste, then cook on med high until it thickens then add some veggie/vegan cheese... and then pour it over pasta, veggies and meat... you will be surprised how much they will love it... for the 'dairy' version I use about 4Tbs of butter, enough flour to absorb it, then after adding about 1/3-1/2 a skillet of milk, add a 4 ounces of cream cheese until melted and the sauce starts to thicken, salt pepper and garlic to taste.

That's a good idea. We give her mainly chicken and noddles and stuff like that just the base of a meal with no sauces.

I was in that same boat! She had issues with dairy and acidic stuff... she's now 19mo and is FINALLY able to eat small amounts of both! What kinda of things do you make? We started cooking what we wanted and I'd pull a small amount off to another pan before adding ingredients she could not have, and I'd use veggie cheese, and almond milk as substitutes in hers!
