Really feel for a wine cooler or an angry orchard! Haven't drank in almost a year 😢😭 baby girl breastfeeds every hour and I don't think thts enough time for the alcohol to leave my system. Guess I'll have to settle for sparkling apple cider...

If you're able to drive after drinking you're still able to breastfeed.

Apparently the whole don't drink and breast feed thing is just so you aren't wasted and drop your baby. You're perfectly fine to have a drink or two.

I've done it! I don't feel like a bad mom or anything. You'd have to drink enough to die for your baby to get any harmful alcohol in their system. Having one drink isn't going to hurt anyone :)
