Baby trend go lyte is my absolute favorite and I went through about 3 travel systems until I found this one.
I had Chico stick stroller (don't remember the real name) and it was convenient but not the best for an infant. The car seat clicks in, however, if your kid doesn't mind carseats. Not for multiple kids. Now I have Graco modes. I like it - many positions, but takes lots of room which is expected.
I have a bugaboo donkey for both of my boys ... I like it bcuz it's super smooth when pushing n going thru the snow with it it's a breeze the only problem is that it's on te expensive side but I got it second hand which it was awesome for the price n everything that she gave me
The first stroller was a Doona. It's wonderful because it folded right into a car seat. We still use it for a car seat but since we're in a fifth floor walk up we use the GB Pockit. It's super lightweight and folds down super small.
I started out using the 24 year old stroller my mom had used for myself and my sister, but it was stiff from storage (which was not a huge deal) and I loved using it because the handle moved so I could use it as a stroller or a bassinet. This time around I'm using a stroller my cousin had which had one handed folding.
We have the Baby Trend Range Jogger and we absolutely love it! It's a little bulky but I wouldn't want any other stroller! It's great for any ground type! We have used it on shopping trips and walking around town.
@mialarue4, I have the same one it's amazing!!
I have the Graco snugride 35 Travel System. He doesn't use the carseat no more. I feel the stroller now its so bulky. Im actually searching for something lightweight and recline seating. The stroller is good especially when you put the carseat. Any suggestions ladies.
We have a chicco travel system and it works well enough for our needs which is mostly shopping trips. Since our children are gonna be 15 months apart we invested in a chicco double stroller so I can still use the infant car seat for the new baby and my toddler can sit. It's bigger so only way we can use it is if we use my husbands SUV but happy with our choice
Strollers I recommend: Right now I have Urbini Omni. It's cute, lightweight, turns into a bassinet, adjustable and rotating seat, also lies flat, and cheap.
Downside: My wheels had dry mud and got stuck but my husband put oil on it and it hasn't done it since. Also, it's for one child, only works with the Travel System car seat it comes with, and of course, you have to buy it with the system unless you buy separate used. (I don't do used strollers)
My sister also has gb evoq and that thing is amazing! It is lightweight, not too pricey, and very easy to fold and unfold, seats rotate and lay flat.
Downside: Stand only
What I would never recommend: Eddie Bauer Travel System stroller, very uncomfortable and can't do much with it, can only use Travel System car seats that come with it.
Also, last but deff not least, contour double stroller. It is way too big and way to heavy and hard to turn. It's expensive and eventually when worn into will feel like the whole thing is going to fall apart.
@raquely, I've had "cheaper" strollers before and they don't last. Complete waste of money for me. I rather invest and spend the money for good quality
@raquely, I've seen that at Nordstrom too but I need something for both my kids.
Have the same car seat which with adapter was able to fit my bugaboo stroller. @raquely,
I was actually gonna get that one too but when we tested it out at buy buy baby my toddler wasn't too fond on being that close to the car seat. And btw I love our maxi cosi car seat it's so light weight.
Bugaboo @mom.life_usa, worth the $1400. Lots of features and comes with a bassinet. Only downsize any extra accessories have to be purchased separately which is expensive also.
@raquely, a bit pricy with attachments and all but totally worth it. I love this stroller. I use it a lot too
@ssdj4, I just posted a pic of mine. How the hell do you put the car seat facing you??
If you're only going to be walking city streets or malls and such, it doesn't matter much, but if you'll be going on any uneven terrain or just poorly maintained sidewalks, look at the tires. Our stroller (Chicco) has no shock absorbing qualities and he gets jolted so badly. (Plus it's starting to fall apart with less than a year of use, but that's a different matter.)
I love baby trend snap n go and baby trend sit n stand. I do not recommended kloud lightweight. It broke easily and hard to open and close.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
