This is Josh's first pump feeding. I have been so nervous to start this. But even with this first feeding I'm starting to see positives! My hands are free to play with Josh so he stays happy while he eats 👐🏼 and even though the feeding is an hour long 😬 that will help his reflux and prevent him from puking. So essentially he will hold in all those calories and get big!!💪🏼 I'm nervous to feed him in public for the first time but we always work it out 👩🏻👶🏻 #momandson #eating #gettingbig 💙

Really needing motivation to get active again! Before having my son I was at the gym all the time. My husband and I want to work out together but our schedules are just so different. Has any one ever written out a workout plan? That may help me I just don't know how to start 😬
